SmartCentres, Canada’s largest developer and operator of unenclosed shopping centres. Smartcentres is committed to bringing value to Canadian communities through the efficiencies of unenclosed shopping centre formats each adapted to the market in which it is located. The company is currently managing and developing over 200 SmartCentres. The centres are located in communities, large and small, from Cornerbrook to Laval to Rockland to Surrey.

As a corporate citizen, SmartCentres gives back to the communities in which it has centres through our We’re For Kids program. We’re For Kids is focused on the overall wellness of children and youth encompassing the physical, emotional and spiritual development of children.

Each year SmartCentres supports hundreds of charities such as: after school programs, sports teams, drug abuse and healthy eating programs, and youth organizations. SmartCentres is also a major contributor to SickKids Hospital, the newly built Birthing Centre at Rouge Valley Hospital, and the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health.
